Overview
Our 7v7 Youth Football League at Sawmill Sports Hub is a non-contact, fast-paced format that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and game awareness. Designed for athletes looking to sharpen offensive and defensive abilities during the off-season, 7v7 removes linemen and tackling to spotlight quarterbacks, receivers, and defensive backs.
Games are played on a smaller field with a running clock to keep the tempo high and the action continuous. With no running plays, every down is a passing play — helping athletes develop timing, route running, catching, coverage techniques, communication, and overall football IQ.
This league is perfect for players looking to:
- Improve passing, catching, route running, and defensive coverage skills
- Build communication, chemistry, and football IQ with teammates
- Compete in a safe, controlled, and fun non-contact environment
