REFUND POLICY
Weather Cancellations
If an event, program, class, or training session is canceled by Sawmill Sports Hub due to weather, every effort will be made to provide a makeup date and time. If a makeup session is not possible, an account credit will be provided. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.
Cancellation by Sawmill Sports Hub (Non-Weather Related)
If an event, program, class, or training session is canceled by Sawmill Sports Hub for reasons other than weather, we will make every effort to offer a makeup date and time. If a makeup session is not possible, an account credit or refund will be provided, with the decision made on a case-by-case basis.
Force Majeure Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure circumstances (such as natural disasters, government mandates, or other unforeseen events beyond our control), we will do our best to provide a makeup session. If a makeup session is not feasible, either an account credit or refund will be issued, with the final decision based on the nature of the event and impact on participants.
Cancellation by the Customer
Prior to the Start of a Program
- Two or More Weeks Before Start Date: Customers may receive a full refund or opt to leave the amount as an account credit for future use.
- Less Than Two Weeks Before Start Date: Refunds will not be provided. The amount will be converted to an account credit to be used at a later date.
After the Start of a Program
- If a customer cancels after the program has started, they will receive a prorated account credit based on the number of sessions not attended. Refunds will not be provided after the program begins.
