Christopher Spartz: A Legacy of Excellence

With a career spanning across 36 countries and 48 states, Christopher Spartz’s global experience as a professional athlete is unparalleled. As a former collegiate standout at St. Ambrose University, he played a pivotal role in one of the school’s most successful teams. But his coaching legacy is even more remarkable. Christopher led St. Ambrose to its most successful season in 2011 and was instrumental in recruiting operations at The Ohio State University, helping to secure back-to-back top-five recruiting classes. His expertise extends beyond NCAA success, as he has trained players from 19 NBA organizations. Additionally, Christopher founded Spartz Sportz and SWSH, solidifying his role as a leader in basketball development. His knowledge and passion for the game translate into effective coaching that elevates players’ skills to new heights.

Marius Hill: From Player to Coach

Marius Hill’s journey in basketball is nothing short of inspiring. As a former player at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Marius was part of the most successful team in school history. His playing career took him internationally, with stints in the Republic of Georgia and Luxembourg. Now as a coach, Marius brings a wealth of experience from his time as Associate Coach and Operations Manager for the Santa Cruz Warriors. He understands the intricacies of both the game and the business of basketball, offering a comprehensive approach to player development. Marius’s unique insight into the professional game allows him to provide guidance that transcends conventional coaching methods, helping players achieve their potential both on and off the court.

Will Wainscott: Individual Skills Training Master

Will Wainscott’s journey as both a player and coach demonstrates his passion for developing athletes individually. A standout at Oswego High School and Marmion Academy, Will helped Concordia University Chicago capture a NACC Conference Championship in 2022. Specializing in individual skills training, Will’s coaching philosophy is centered around personalized attention and refining each player’s talents. He is also SWSH certified, which enhances his ability to provide specialized training that pushes players toward their goals. Will’s patient, hands-on approach ensures that each athlete receives the tools and guidance needed to succeed at any level of play.

Jasmine Jackson: Mentoring Future Leaders

Jasmine Jackson is not only a coach but also a mentor and leader in the basketball community. With a background as a four-year varsity player at Proviso West High School and a full scholarship to Missouri Baptist University, Jasmine brings a wealth of experience to her current role as Director of Development for the Western Springs Wildcats. Throughout her career, she earned All-Area and All-Conference honors, showcasing her ability on the court. But it’s her role in mentoring young athletes that sets her apart. Jasmine’s deep understanding of the game, paired with her passion for inspiring the next generation of athletes, ensures that players not only improve their skills but also develop a strong sense of leadership and confidence.

Jeffery Francis: A Global Perspective on Coaching

Jeffery Francis’s international experience gives him a unique perspective on basketball and coaching. Originally from The Bahamas, Jeffery was a standout player at CI Gibson Senior High School before playing for Blessed IJN Prep Academy in the U.S. and the Bahamas Select Team. His involvement with the EuroProBasket program in Spain further enhanced his coaching expertise. Certified as an SWSH trainer, Jeffery’s experiences abroad enrich his ability to connect with players from diverse backgrounds. His global perspective provides players with the tools to compete at the highest level, no matter where they come from or where they hope to go in their basketball careers.
