At Core1inc, our Youth Training Mode classes are designed to transform young athletes and prepare them for the next level. Whether you’re in middle school or high school, these programs offer the training, skills, and confidence to excel in any sport.
Youth Performance Training:
For 8-11 year olds in 3rd-5th grade.
Our Youth Performance Training Program is designed specifically for young athletes who are just beginning their athletic journey. This class introduces foundational movement skills in a fun, high-energy environment while building coordination, strength, speed, and confidence.
Whether your child is new to sports or already active in a team setting, this program helps develop the key building blocks needed for long-term athletic success and injury prevention.
What We Focus On:
Movement Fundamentals – Running, jumping, landing, agility, balance & coordination
Speed & Agility Basics – Age-appropriate drills to build body awareness and quickness
Strength Through Play – Bodyweight exercises and light resistance to build foundational strength
- Confidence & Fun – Positive coaching and games that keep kids engaged and motivated

Beast Mode Performance: Middle School
Our Middle School classes, for athletes in 6th to 8th grade, focus on building the foundation for long-term athletic success. Athletes will improve:
- Speed and Agility to react quickly and outmaneuver opponents
- Strength and Endurance to boost overall performance and reduce injury risk
- Confidence and Coordination for sharper focus and control during games
This program helps athletes build critical skills early, setting them up for success as they transition to high school sports.

Core1inc’s Beast Mode Performance classes are science-backed and team-focused, delivering fast, measurable results in a fun and motivating environment. Athletes will train smarter, harder, and stronger, gaining the skills needed to excel in their sport.
In order to get the most out of your Beast Mode Performance Training Program we suggest scheduling your workouts following the guidelines below.
1. Avoid repeating the same workout (A, B, or C) twice in the same week.
Example: If you train on Monday and Tuesday, don’t do Workout A both days.
2. Allow at least one rest day between workouts.
Example: Train on Tuesday (Workout A) and Friday (Workout C) to give your body time to recover.
Workout A: Perfomed on Monday and Tuesday, Focusing on Speed, Plyo’s, Full Body Lift
Workout B: Performed on Wednesday & Thursday, Focusing on Agility, Plyo’s, Power, Full Body Lift
Workout C: Performed on Friday & Saturday, Focusing on Speed, Plyo’s, Power, Full Body Lift
