Summer Camp Super Early Bird Discount: Customers will receive an Early Bird registration discount of $50.00 off for each week of full day camp registration when registering for camp between the days of April 1, 2025 – April 30, 2025. 

Summer Camp Early Bird Discount: Customers will receive an Early Bird registration discount of $25.00 off for each week of full day camp registration when registering for camp between the days of May 1, 2025 – May 15, 2025. 

Summer Camp Full Day Membership Discount: Sawmill Sports Hub members will receive $6.00 off every day of full day camp. This discount is applied automatically at check out as long as the customer has a paid facility membership on file.

Summer Camp Half Day Membership Discount: Sawmill Sports Hub members will receive $3.00 off every day of half day camp. This discount is applied automatically at check out as long as the customer has a paid facility membership on file.

Summer Camp Full Day Sibling Discount: Customers receive a $5.00 discount for each sibling that is registered for an additional full day of camp.

Summer Camp Half Day Sibling Discount: Customers receive a $2.50 discount for each sibling that is registered for an additional half day of camp.

Parents may choose to pack a lunch or purchase a meal for $9 through the registration page. Available meal options include cheese pizza with a drink, pepperoni pizza with a drink, or a chicken tender meal with a drink.

Before & After Care

For added convenience, we offer before and after care, providing a safe and engaging environment where kids can enjoy fun activities, unwind, and make new friends. Whether they’re starting the day with games and creative projects or winding down after camp, parents can feel confident knowing their child is in great hands and having a blast from start to finish! If you would like to drop your child off after 7:30am or pickup after 4:15pm the total for extended care will be $15 per day.

Early Drop-Off: 7:30am – 9:00am

Late Pickup: 4:00pm – 5:30pm

FAQs

What should my child bring/wear?

Please bring these items everyday your child attends camp:

  • Comfortable, athletic clothing
  • Extra socks
  • Tennis shoes (no sandals or Heelys)
  • Water bottle with name on it
  • Non-perishable lunch
  • Two snacks
    ( Lunch and Snacks available for purchase at location)
  • No electronics (ie iPods and or handheld games)
  • No toys (ie trading cards)
  • No cash in backpacks or lunch boxes, please bring to front desk in envelope with child’s name (this will be distributed upon parents directive)

Every camper must be signed in and out for the day.

Every camper must be signed in and out for the day. If someone other than the parent who is dropping the child off is picking up, they must be on the authorized pickup/drop off list. Authorized pickups should be prepared to show ID. 

Camp payment must be completed before the start of the week your child is attending. We will collect credit card information at registration and charge it accordingly.

Absolutely! We will do our best to accept special requests. When you register for camp online, fill out the friend request section and we will do our best to accommodate your request! Make sure your request is in prior to the week of camp your child is registered for. 

Our groups range in sizes of approximately 10-13 campers per counselor.

What is your refund policy?

A $60 deposit is required at registration and will be applied to your full camp invoice. The deposit is refundable if the camp is canceled or we cannot accommodate all requests, but non-refundable if the camp runs as scheduled. If your child(ren) do not attend the registered camp dates, you will still be charged. All refund requests should be emailed to the camp director.

At Sawmill Sports Hub, we are extremely proud of our camp structure and staff. Campers are not the only ones who love camp so much they keep coming back. The counselors are high school and/or college students with a strong background in sports and leadership with children. All camp councilors have gone through camp councelor training prior to working camp. 

You can register for just one week or the entire summer! We have many campers that register for one week and end up registering for the remainder of the summer after their first day.

Not a problem. Please email your camp director to set up a different week. However, we do ask that all camp week changes are requested prior to the start of that camp week.

Space Exploration Week 

Get ready to launch into an out-of-this-world adventure with our Blast Off: Space Exploration Week! This exciting week will immerse your child in the mysteries of the universe, as they embark on a journey to explore space, planets, and the stars! Campers will engage in hands-on activities, interactive games, and team challenges, all while learning about astronauts, space missions, and the wonders of the cosmos.

  • STEM-focused fun: Introduce your child to the world of science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on space-related activities. Perfect for encouraging a love of learning.
  • Engaging and Educational: Not only will your child have fun, but they’ll also build critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills as they work together on space-themed challenges.

Superhero Week

Calling all future superheroes! Superhero Week is your child’s chance to discover their inner powers and train to be a hero. From creating their own superhero identities to mastering “super abilities,” campers will engage in thrilling activities that help them unlock the powers within! Each day will be filled with team-building exercises, physical challenges, and creative activities as campers train to become the heroes they were born to be. 

  • Confidence Boosting: Campers will gain confidence as they create their own superhero personas and take on challenges that help them develop strength, agility, and leadership skills.
  • Teamwork & Leadership: Superheroes work together! Your child will work in teams to defeat “villains,” conquer physical obstacles, and learn important leadership skills.
  • Active & Fun: Physical training exercises and thrilling superhero challenges will keep kids moving and active throughout the week.

Crosstown Classic

Crosstown Classic Week brings the ultimate baseball rivalry to camp! Inspired by the legendary Cubs vs. Sox rivalry, campers will experience a week filled with friendly competition, baseball-themed games, and plenty of team spirit. 

  • Team Spirit & Rivalry: Your child will enjoy the thrill of being part of a team, whether they’re a Cubs or Sox fan, learning valuable sportsmanship and pride in their team.
  • Fun Baseball Skills: Campers will get the chance to develop their baseball skills through games and drills, all while having a blast!
  • Friendly Competition: The excitement of the Cubs vs. Sox rivalry fuels healthy competition that keeps campers engaged and encourages them to give their best effort.

Stars & Stripes

Celebrate the red, white, and blue with Stars & Stripes Week! This patriotic-themed week is all about honoring American heroes, history, and culture through a fun-filled, action-packed week of games, crafts, and physical activities. Campers will explore the spirit of teamwork, competition, and unity as they participate in classic games with a patriotic twist.

Color Craze

From colorful obstacle courses to painting, tie-dye, and color-based challenges, your child will be immersed in a week of non-stop fun and artistic expression.
