LTLZ Basketball League (Kindergarten League, Ages 5–7)

Running Sundays from early January through late February (an 8-week season), this program provides a fun, supportive environment for boys and girls taking the court for the first time. Each 60-minute session is led by professional Spartz Sportz trainers and features exciting 3-on-3, 4-on-4, and 5-on-5 games. Our focus is on teaching the fundamentals—passing, catching, defense, shooting, and rebounding— while emphasizing fun, teamwork, and confidence building.
Program Highlights:

- Rotating 3-on-3, 4-on-4, and 5-on-5 game formats
