Each week, players will participate in structured 60-minute sessions led by Spartz Sportz professional trainers. The league features a rotating schedule of 3-on-3, 4-on-4, and 5-on-5 games, allowing players to develop their basketball IQ while maximizing touches on the ball. Every athlete will receive a reversible jersey and play two games each Sunday, ensuring plenty of game-time experience and growth.
