General Behavior

1. Treat everyone with respect, including participants, staff, coaches, officials, and spectators.
2. Follow instructions from staff and management at all times.
3. Use respectful language—no profanity, offensive gestures, or discriminatory remarks.
4. Keep the facility clean by disposing of trash properly.

Prohibited Actions

1. Weapons: No possession of guns, knives, or other weapons on the premises.
2. Sunflower Seeds: Sunflower seeds are prohibited in all areas of the facility.
3. Skates & Rolling Items: No wheelie shoes, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, or other rolling items are allowed inside the facility.
4. Theft: No theft or unauthorized possession of personal or facility property.
5. Vandalism: No damaging or defacing of facility equipment, property, or surfaces.
6. Violence: No physical altercations, threats, or harassment of any kind.

Facility Use and Safety

1. Engage only in designated activities in approved areas.
2. No Ball Playing in common areas of facility.
3. Proper footwear and athletic attire are required for all participants.
4. Report injuries, unsafe conditions, or conflicts to staff immediately.
5. No outside food or beverage can be brought into the facility.
6. Do not bring food, beverages (except water), or gum onto playing surfaces.
7. Sawmill Sports Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Spectator Rules

1. Support athletes and teams with positive encouragement—no sideline coaching or criticism of officials.
2. Avoid disruptive behaviors such as taunting, booing, or making negative remarks.
3. Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and respect for others.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Smoking

1. No alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed on the premises.
2. Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited inside the facility and within 50 feet of the entrance.
3. No smokeless tobacco products are permitted inside the facility.

Consequences for Violations

Violations of these rules may result in:

1. A verbal warning from staff or management.
2. Immediate removal from the facility.
3. Suspension or permanent ban from the premises.
4. Involvement of law enforcement if necessary.

Reporting Issues

If you witness any violations or unsafe behavior, please report them to a staff member immediately. Your cooperation helps keep the environment safe and enjoyable for everyone.
