Starting your child in Sawmill Sluggers T-Ball is the perfect introduction to youth baseball in a fun, positive, and supportive environment. Designed for beginner players ages 4–5, this instructional T-ball program focuses on teaching foundational baseball skills—hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running—while fostering teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.
At Sawmill Sports Hub in Chicagoland and DuPage County, our youth T-ball program blends physical skill development with the mental side of the game, including focus, cooperation, and listening skills. Through learning-by-play, young athletes build confidence, make new friends, and develop a lifelong love for baseball.
Our experienced youth baseball coaches provide hands-on instruction during both practices and games, ensuring every player feels supported as they learn essential skills. This player-first approach emphasizes growth, encouragement, and fun—making it the ideal starting point for young athletes.
Program Highlights:
Weeks 1–2: Baseball Skill-Building Fundamentals
Players spend the full session focused on instruction, learning core T-ball skills such as proper bat grip, throwing mechanics, fielding ground balls, and running the bases with guidance from our expert coaching staff.
Weeks 3–8: Instructional Practice & Game Play
Sessions transition into a hybrid format combining continued skill development with fun drills, interactive activities, and structured gameplay. Coaches actively guide players as they begin applying their skills in a positive, confidence-building setting.

Overview
Join Sawmill Sluggers T-Ball at Sawmill Sports Hub, a premier youth baseball program in Chicagoland and DuPage County designed for players ages 6–7. This hybrid T-ball and coach-pitch program is ideal for beginner athletes who are ready to build confidence and advance their baseball skills in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.
Our youth T-ball program emphasizes essential baseball fundamentals—hitting, throwing, fielding, and base running—while gradually introducing coach pitch to prepare players for the next level of the game. By blending traditional T-ball with coach-pitch instruction, young athletes develop stronger mechanics, improved game awareness, and a deeper understanding of baseball.
Experienced Sawmill Sports Hub coaches provide hands-on instruction during every practice and game, focusing on individual development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building. This developmental approach ensures players grow both physically and mentally while enjoying the game.

Sawmill Sports Hub’s indoor batting cages provide players in Chicagoland and DuPage County with a professional, controlled environment to practice and perfect their swing. Designed for baseball and softball players of all ages and skill levels, our state-of-the-art batting cages feature adjustable pitch speeds to support everything from beginner instruction to advanced hitting training.
Whether you’re working to refine swing mechanics, improve timing, or get extra reps at the plate, our batting cages offer the ideal setting for focused batting practice. Players can build confidence, enhance hand-eye coordination, and develop consistent hitting fundamentals while enjoying a high-quality training experience at Sawmill Sports Hub.

Summer Baseball Camp
Keep your athlete active and improving all summer at the Summer Baseball Camp at Sawmill Sports Hub. Led by experienced coaches, this sport specific camp focuses on developing strong fundamentals, improving game awareness, and building confidence on and off the field.
Athletes train through high energy drills, skill stations, and game like situations designed to enhance hitting, throwing, fielding, base running, and overall baseball IQ. Each session emphasizes proper mechanics to help players grow in all aspects of the game.
Open to all players of all skill levels, our summer baseball camp provides a positive, motivating environment for beginners and advanced athletes alike. Join us at Sawmill Sports Hub for a fun, fast paced summer baseball experience that keeps players engaged and improving.
