Girls-Only Flag Football Train & Play (5th-8th Grade)
Our Girls-Only Flag Football Train & Play Program at Sawmill Sports Hub is designed for 5th-8th grade athletes who want to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and compete in a structured, high energy, environment. This program blends advanced skill training with guided gameplay, helping players improve their football IQ while still enjoying fast paced game action.
What is Train & Play?
- Each session is split into two focused parts:
- Training: Coach led drills emphasizing position specific skills, technique, and game concepts.
- Play: Competitive small sided games where athletes apply what they learned in real time situations.
- This structure keeps players engaged, developing each week, and consistently involved in both learning and competition.
Program Highlights
- Skill Development: Route running, quarterback mechanics, defensive coverage, flag pulling, and offensive spacing.
- Balanced Competition: A mix of development and gameplay designed to challenge athletes at all levels.
