The Sports Performance program at Sawmill Sports Hub, powered by Core1 Inc., is officially open and built for results. Every session is intentionally designed to help athletes improve speed, strength, and explosive power in a structured, supportive environment.

A dedicated coach leads athletes from start to finish in every workout, providing continuous instruction on proper technique, drill execution, and the purpose behind each movement.

Our goal is to create a fun, competitive environment where athletes feel comfortable learning, failing, and challenging themselves with new drills and skills.

Program Details

Spring Training Times:

Wednesday:

5:30pm – 6:30pm

Friday:

4:30pm – 5:30pm | 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Saturday:

9am – 10am | 10am – 11am | 11am – 12pm

Simple Training Package: 

8 Sessions for $229

  • Use them however you want – 1x/week, 2x/week, or more
  • Fits multi-sport & in session athletes

Overview

Team Training
Customized team sessions to improve overall performance. Increase strength, endurance, and team synergy while preventing injuries. Perfect for volleyball, soccer, basketball, or any team sport looking to dominate the competition.
