Beast Mode Performance: Middle School
Our Middle School classes, for athletes in 6th to 8th grade, focus on building the foundation for long-term athletic success. Athletes will improve:
- Speed and Agility to react quickly and outmaneuver opponents
- Strength and Endurance to boost overall performance and reduce injury risk
- Confidence and Coordination for sharper focus and control during games
This program helps athletes build critical skills early, setting them up for success as they transition to high school sports.

Boys and Girls (Middle School)
Cost: Option A: $200: plus $30 one-time annual facility membership fee. Option B: $300: plus $30 one-time annual facility membership fee.
Number of sessions: Option A: 8 sessions. Option B: 12 sessions.
Program dates: Classes run on a rolling schedule, with athletes attending 2x or 3x per week for varied workouts.
